Shipping Policy
WIseWristwatches will gladly pay for free Ground shipping for every order shipped within Lagos State However, should you return an item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Every item shipped out are in new and unused condition. Orders outside Lagos State via Ground Delivery time can range from 1 to 6 business days. Second Day or Next Day Air service is provided via DHL or FEDEX upon request of the customer. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days.
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Free Shipping
All Orders withing Lagos State qualify for free shipping and will be shipped at no extra cost to you via ground delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method.
Returns
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective will be deducted from any refunds given
Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact WiseWristwatches to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to WiseWristwatches and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, WiseWristwatches will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact WiseWristwatches to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to WiseWristwatches within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.
Packaging
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. WiseWristwatches reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. WiseWristwatches cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
